Purpose
  • Understand the customer’s project delivery expectations and scope expectations.

· To confirm that this project is supported by a business case and a project charter

· To agree with the customer what methodology will be used to deliver this project

· To ensure that the customer is ready to begin this project

  • Introduce initial IBM team to customer and establish working relationship, procedures, mutual expectations, etc.
  • Carry out a project readiness assessment for the project and identify any high-level business or technical issues that may interfere with the project’s success.
  • Assess customer willingness to act as a marketing reference if established project success/acceptance criteria are achieved
